I started quilting almost 10 years ago now. I love making the quilt tops and suck at doing the actual quilting to turn them into quilts. I thought I had maybe a dozen finished tops... yeah, it's closer to 3 dozen. And that's not including all of the many, many tops in progress.
I moved to Seattle about 8 months ago, and my goal is to get all of the tops turned into quilts and to their recipients, instead of schlepping them around forever. I pulled all of the tops out of the box, made a list of them, and am working my way through. This picture is the tops all laid out. So far, I've sent about 8 to the longarm quilter (person who quilts them). I've also finished a few more tops. Yay finishing things!
