I really enjoy beer. My favorite fall beer being Southern Tier's Pumking. It basically tastes like a drinkable form of a delicious pumpkin pie! I highly recommend trying it if you come across it this fall. I took a break from a Swap project to stitch the logo. I plan on framing it and hanging it up during the fall. Plus I feel the logo has a cool Halloweeny Vibe going!

That is a cool stitching. I must try this pumpkin beer. Hmmm, now to find somewhere that carries it.

That is a really great stitch! I am also a beer nerd. This used to be my fave pumpkin beer but last year after some kind of mass production snafu, it fell short for me. Tasted a little too artificial compared to previous years. Much more partial to the O'Fallon's this past year or the Red Hook Pumpkin porter.

Toni, I believe the husband has drank it in the past. You should be able to find it at the LCBO. Probably easier in the fall. They tend to like stocking "seasonal" beers.

Thanks everyone! Pumking is my favorite but because of the price/availability its more of a treat. I had to order my case in late July last year cause of the demand here. I love that it has an almost graham cracker, cinnamony after taste that sticks with you. Id say last fall I went through about a dozen or more different cases of pumpkin beers. I thought, for the price, Blue Moons Pumpkin was good. Wolaver's also had a pretty good one. This year I plan on ordering a case of Dogfish Head Punkin as well. Might have to keep an eye out for the Red Hook that was mentioned too. Fall is the best time for beer in my opinion. Aside from Pumpkins, theres just so many tasty things to try! Nothing like sitting around a fire enjoying fall beers!
