Hi,
I am Jon, and I make chain mail. I am fond of making out of the ordinary items, rather than armor. Jayne hats made entirely of alluminum are for specialty but I am trying to branch out into other geeky items of varying sizes and complexity. I am trying to get my business up and running with what I see as a hole in the market.

OH OH OH! I remember talking to you! Your Jayne hat was FANTASTIC! The first thing all of the women thought was it would pinch in our hair and mess it up, but when you took it off and showed us your hair still looked good I was quite impressed with your work. Welcome!

Yeah, I was very glad that I attended your panel at AwesomeCon, I almost missed it, but was reminded by a friend. The thing that seperates chainmail armor from jewelry/accessories is how much extra time is spent making the rings seamless. That is not as important in armor where it is worn over another garment, but very important in a necklace to prevent scratching the wearer's skin.

I am going to go make Chain Mail it's own forum right now because I love Chain Mail goods so much. Make sure you post that Jayne hat I saw you wearing. I think people will love it!
