So this is just a "What are you working on" section. I'm posting it here despite the fact that it's not necessarily the kind of thing I sell online or at conventions. I'm actually at OCAD for sculpture, and part of my artistic practice involves metal and wood work. I put this piece together last semester and had the time of my life making it. I plan to make a whole lot more in the future! I'm still wondering whether or not I should consider selling these "prop weapons" or other metal and/or wooden sculptures online. It's not exactly the area I wanted my craft to go, but it's what has me most interested in terms of academics. Ideas? Suggestions?

Honestly before you sell prop weapons or things like that I would talk to someone at a convention that sells weapons and find out how they do it online. There may be restrictions or things you may come up against. If we are at a convention together we can chat with someone together if you want!
Other than that, post any work in progress that is crafty whether it is related to your crafting business or not!

This is pretty darn cool!
It might be better to sell this sort of thing at a con, instead of online. Shipping would be a pain in the butt! I mean, if someone really wanted it and were willing to pay the shipping, why not but I'm not sure I would personally want to go through the work of it being purely an online thing.
