A blog I follow (GenXQuilters.com) posted about this site called Massdrop. The idea is really simple - they act as a middleman to bulk order products so that the consumers pay less (and then they take a little off of the top). What's also cool is that you can commit to buy it if it reaches a certain price point (so I'm looking at a FQ bundle. It's currently at $60 but if a few more people commit to buying it at $50, then everyone gets the $50 price). They have a lot of interesting products (a lot of "adult" (drug) stuff), but they have a crafting section. They show some of their past sales - some nice stuff. I wasn't sure if anyone on here had heard of them. I attached a picture of their current craft items since you have to register your email address to view their website. My referral link is below, if you do decide to register. If 5 people buy stuff after clicking my link, I get a goody bag (but I really am sharing this since it's a cool idea) www.massdrop.com/r/FQ2AP8Attachments:

That seems like a really cool idea. I wish I was better placed to take advantage of it.

Yeah, really smart. I'm curious how the behind-the-scenes work beyond them just cold calling distributors. I would imagine this site will really pick up momentum since it's such a good idea.
Why aren't you in a good place to use it?

Shipping to Ireland is usually just too expensive. I need to buy stuff in EU to avoid custom duties as well. It adds up.

I haven't heard of that site yet, but you are right, it looks interesting.
